The trail
How to Do the Quest
- 1
Pick a realistic phone-free window and explain any exceptions before it begins.
- 2
Put devices in a visible basket instead of making the rule feel secretive.
- 3
Choose one shared activity that fits your group's energy.
- 4
Close with a quick vote on what to repeat next time.
Make It Even More Fun
- ✦ Let a different person choose the activity each week.
- ✦ Combine it with a make-your-own-pizza night.
Level It Up
Add one extra rule or creative twist once everyone understands the basic mission.
Make It Easier
Try 30 minutes after dinner instead of a whole evening.
Quest Challenge
Can everyone make it through the activity without checking a notification?
Pro Tip
Keep emergency contacts available and agree on the exception before devices go away.
Why You'll Love This Quest
